No matter how advanced you are, you should always ALWAYS start with Scales. In any sport practice you start with a warm up. We are athletes of the small muscles, and they need a warm up too. Scales and Arpeggios are also the fundamental components of any piece you are working on, so by practicing them alone you are practicing your pieces as well. Always make time for scales. 

These recordings are ones I've made on my phone for students who needed something to take home with them, or who perhaps couldn't make it to their lesson and wanted some help before the next lesson. They are not made in a studio and have a varying amount of background noise, etc. on them.
